Asus has officially announced a new laptop that is capable of beating Apple’s MacBook Pro. The biggest impression of this new Asus PC is that it houses a 17-inch, 16:10 aspect ratio, color-calibrated, Pantone validated. It also has a 97-percent DCI-P3 color gamut, 180-degree layflat screen which is capable of fitting inside a bags made for a 15-inch Apple laptop.

This new Asus StudioBook S is a PC able of holding up to 64GB of memory and 4TB of PCIe SSD storage. This includes the support of its hexacore Intel Xeon E-2176M processor and Nvidia Quadro P3200 graphics. The Asus StudioBook is 1.25 inches wider and 1.75 inches deeper than Apple’s MacBook Pro PC.

Another impressive feature it comes with is the Wi-Fi 6 connectivity features it sports. Other than that, it also houses more ports than its competitor’s Apple PCs. Besides, users will have to use its USB adapter so they can use enjoy the Ethernet feature. Moreover, Asus revealed that the StudioBook S has two innovative fans and five heat pipes that are capable of keeping its chips “library-quiet”: below 35dB even when running at full speed.

“NumberPad solves the age-old problem of the lack of a numeric keypad on compact laptops. Tap the NumberPad icon at the top right corner of the touchpad, and an illuminated numeric keypad appears,”.

Asus tells told the media platforms that the StudioBook S is going to be available in March 2019. So there is enough time for all Asus fans to get ready to grab this powerful PC in late Q1.
