The good news is that runners can connect the shoe via a 16-pin connector to any Apple IIE, Commodore 64, or IBM PC to view their running data. View video above for more computer-based information.
Also, the 1986 RS-Computer Running Shoe has some new features like a three-axis accelerometer, LED indicators, a USB port for charging, and Bluetooth which lets you connect the shoe wirelessly to your phone. As we said, this new Puma running shoe with trackable data is coming in very limited edition.
That’s not all, the limited edition is also very small – only 86 pairs available at Puma stores in Berlin, Tokyo, and London, and KITH retailers. The Puma Unveils Classic 1986 RS-Computer Running Shoe will go on sale on December 13th, 2018.
