Samsung finally launched a new phone called Samsung Galaxy S Light Luxury. The latest innovation by Samsung which almost looks like the Samsung Galaxy S8+. More details in the article below.
Samsung Galaxy S Light Luxury Specs
Formerly rumored to be called Samsung Galaxy S8 Lite, the phone packs a 5.8-inch Infinity Display. Besides, it has the same body size as the Samsung Galaxy S8. Also, the S Light Luxury is a Super AMOLED panel phone with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,220 pixels on (18.5:9).
For the photography, a Samsung Galaxy S Light Luxury camera offers a single camera on the back which is 16 MP with a f/1.7 aperture. This camera lens is also capable of recording a 4K video at 30 fps, but weak in terms of OIS. For the front shooter, there is an 8 MP sensor and f/1.7 aperture for your selfies.
For the processor, the new Galaxy S Light Luxury is powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset with 4 GB of RAM. You can expect a 64 GB of storage which is expandable via microSD. The Galaxy S Light Luxury flagship carries a 3,000mAh battery with the same capacity as the Galaxy S8. It also supports fast wireless and wired charging via a USB-C port. The good news is that the S Light Luxury handset is IP68 waterproof and water resistant.
It has a 3.5 mm headphone jack and comes bundled with an AKG in-ear headset. As expected, you will find a fingerprint reader right on its back. There is also an Iris scanning on board and Bixby remains its dedicated button.
The Samsung Galaxy Light Luxury release date
The phone is currently available only in China and will soon be available in international markets. It is actually available in Burgundy Red, though a Black Night version should launch very soon. Samsung Galaxy S Light Luxury price is CNY 4,000 which is $625/€530 if concerted.
