After the official announcement of the S20 Series, it is the right moment to announce the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip too.
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip? 8GB RAM
To be honest, the new Galaxy Z Flip was about to steal the whole show from the Galaxy S20-series. The Z Flip handset is also the second official foldable phone from Samsung.
However, the Z Flip comes with a complete different feature and formula. By the way, it is a complete phone different from the Galaxy Fold which unfolded to a tablet-sized.
The new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip specs offer a 6.7″ Dynamic AMOLED display that folds as almost a dual screen. It sports an Ultra Thin Glass layer on top, so it should be far more resistant to scratches.
Looking at the resolution, the phone sports a 1080 x 2636px, which makes it 50% better than the Motorola Razr.
On top of that, the Galaxy Z Flip also comes with a small 1.1″ secondary Super AMOLED on the back that lets you quickly see notifications.
Under the hook, the phone runs on Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor with a 4G technology. By the way, the phone offers 8GB RAM which is fast enough for smooth performance.
For the internal storage, the phone packs a whole 256GB and the latest UFS 3.0 storage. This is means that you can expand the storage, and nothing to complain about.
Talking about the photography, the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip camera packs a 12MP sensor with f/1.8 aperture and 1.4µm pixels. There is also an ultrawide 12MP resolution but with smaller sensor and slower F/2.2 aperture.
Samsung’s Z Flip price?
Another stunning feature is that the Galaxy Z Flip comes with a 3,300 mAh battery with charging speeds are limited to 15W.
The phone also offers a wireless charging and Android 10 with One UI 2.0 out of the box.
The Galaxy Z Flip will be available starting February 14 at $1,380/€1,500 in Mirror Black and Mirror Purple and Mirror Gold.
